1- Cancellation policy: Appointments cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of reserved service. Cancellations on day of appointment, and all no-shows, will be charged 100% of reserved service. While I do maintain a wait list, I can’t work that list to backfill cancellations received the day of appointment. For cancellations received less than 72 hours, the 50% cancellation fee will be refunded if I can rebook that time. 2-Should you need to cancel/reschedule ANY SKINCARE service, please email me (no phone calls or texts), erin@evolveskinandbrow.com. Skin care clients, do not go online and cancel your appointment. I am maintaining a large waitlist for skincare services and these services cannot be self-scheduled through the website.
